If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. We will contact to inform you when we receive the package.

Personal information provided to Global Atomic Designs Inc. will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any outside organization without prior consent of the customer unless required by law or if the terms and conditions stated on this page are violated. Anonymous tracking of interaction may be shared with our third party partners. We may also use your contact information to contact you about new products, events or special promotions. If you wish not to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from our list by sending an e-mail to office@globalatomic.com. You may also remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present in all promotional emails that we send to our customers.
Returns / Exchanges
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned within 3 days of receipt and based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Shipping
Items are typically shipped within 24hrs of your order. North American shipments are tracked via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via Canada Post at flat rate of 50.00 CAD. All import duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility as of March 2024.
